How does it work?

• Complete the application below.  Current PFC3 members will be given automatic affiliate rights while non-members will go through an approval process
• Once approved, you will register as an affiliate with your contact info as well as enter your PayPal email address so we can pay out commissions (If you don't have a PayPal Account, you can sign up for one later) 
• Access your affiliate dashboard in our portal which will show your commissions as well as your personal links to share with your networks
• Share your links, support your friends, and help them win with their health!
